Senior Production Planner

Our client holds the prestigious position of being the world leader in automotive parts and components manufacturing. They are currently expanding their Production Management team and are actively seeking a Senior Production Planner to take charge of all material planning functions, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.

Location: Lat krabang

Responsibilities:

• Conduct production capacity planning based on customer forecasts.
• Develop and oversee weekly and daily production plans in alignment with customer daily demand.
• Manage and maintain Finished Goods inventory at target levels.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to quality, process engineering, sample production, and environmental concerns.
• Lead production activities to ensure compliance with ISO/TS16949 requirements.
• Supervise daily production and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to achieve productivity targets.
• Spearhead Kanban, Just-in-Time (JIT), and Lean initiatives.
• Optimize logistics management functions for finished products.
• Ensure on-time inbound delivery to customers.
• Control air freight costs.
• Coordinate Physical Inventory and cycle count activities.
• Establish support processes or systems to minimize inventory levels.
• Promote Lean Concepts throughout the supply chain and continuously enhance material planning and inventory to meet company goals.
• Develop, support, and uphold Quality Systems ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001.
• Support Annual Inventory Count activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Material/Production Planning, Parts Planning, Demand & Supply analysis, with a preference for experience in the automotive industry.
• Proficient in negotiation and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in SAP systems.
• Direct experience in the Automotive and Supply Chain sectors.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Energetic with a sense of urgency.

(Salary range: ฿60,000-฿70,000 based on experience, performance, and qualifications, alongside other competitive benefits)
