Senior Brand Manager (Beauty, Skincare, FMCG)

Our client is a leader in the Global Beauty, Skincare, and Personal Care industry, seeking a Senior Brand Manager to strategize and oversee all aspects of business performance. Responsibilities include leading brand missions, developing and executing business plans, managing marketing and commercial activities to enhance brand competitiveness, increase market shares, and build brand awareness and equity consistently to meet annual targets and P&L goals.

Salary: ฿200,000 – ฿300,000, depending on experience and performance, with additional benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Lead overall management and direction to ensure the consistent attainment of marketing and sales targets, identifying key brand drivers for profitable brand growth.
• Enhance the performance of brand activation, campaigns, strategies, product launches, media presence, pricing, and promotions to support key customers across channels.
• Manage budget for total brand activities, ensuring profitability and business growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing or Business studies.
• Minimum of 10 years in marketing, with at least 5 years in Brand or Business Unit Management for Cosmetics, Beauty, Skincare, or FMCG, preferably in multi-channel customer segments.
• Strong leadership skills, ability to collaborate across functional departments, dynamic, flexible, with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of Online/Offline Advertising in the Skincare and Cosmetic sectors related to the Beauty Industry.
• Good understanding of financial management, strong analytical and planning skills, and excellent business communication and negotiation abilities with proficiency in English.
