Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who will play a pivotal role in assisting customers with various processes related to international logistics services. The ideal candidate will work closely with diverse clients, providing them with information and tailored solutions that align with their specific needs. Your primary goal will be to ensure a seamless shipment process and deliver the best possible customer experience. This includes gathering feedback, suggestions, and complaints about our products/services to drive continuous improvement within our team.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, claims, and service guarantee requests promptly and accurately.
Provide assistance and solutions regarding products and services through multiple communication channels, including incoming calls, LINE, and other inquiries.
Update records, follow up with customers, and provide feedback on their inquiries.
Ensure the successful completion of customer processes by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing relevant information.
Maintain effective communication and promptly report any arising problems.
Uphold and enhance the quality of our services by adhering to standards and guidelines, while also recommending improved procedures.

Qualifications

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Possess 0-3 years of working experience in Customer Services, Customer Relationship Management, Call Center, Telesales, or related fields.
Exhibit a strong willingness to learn product and service knowledge.
Demonstrate a customer-centric personality with an excellent service-oriented mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Possess good command of both Thai and English.
Have excellent communication skills.
Capable of working under pressure.
Able to commute to work in the CBD, Bangkok.
