As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing strong relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and expanding key client accounts to ensure their satisfaction and maximize their utilization of our online panels. Additionally, you will actively participate in strategic initiatives to identify and generate new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with clients by understanding their needs and objectives. Utilize our CRM system efficiently to track client interactions, maintain accurate account records, and schedule follow-up activities.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth by effectively upselling and cross-selling our online panel services and market research products.
- Consulting: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance on online panel methodologies, data collection strategies, and innovative techniques to gather consumer insights worldwide.
- Client Support: Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, market research methodologies, and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business prospects through proactive prospecting, thereby generating a pipeline of potential clients.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in account management or business development, preferably within the market research, consulting, or online panel industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, embracing the dynamic nature of our work where we learn from failures and achieve success through perseverance.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
