We are currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our rapidly expanding team. This presents an excellent opportunity to become part of a renowned organization, learn from industry experts, and collaborate with top-tier clients across various sectors.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engagement managers and/or partners to conduct high-quality audits and provide assurance services to clients across multiple industries.
- Obtain all necessary audit working papers and documentation, including comprehensive research and documentation of facts and findings.
- Notify and discuss accounting and auditing matters with supervisors.
- Interact with clients to ensure efficient information flow between the client and the audit team.
- Utilize audit tools effectively and efficiently, with a working knowledge of our Audit Tools being advantageous.
- Supervise the working papers of audit assistants and provide feedback and coaching to junior team members.
- Act consistently in the best interests of the firm, while adhering to our Core Values, ethical standards, and code of conduct.
Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, or a related field within the business domain.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 2-3 years of audit experience acquired from prominent Auditing firms.
- Exhibit strong business acumen and the ability to identify audit issues arising from commercial transactions.
- Work effectively in a team, with exceptional multitasking abilities, flexibility, and the capacity to coach and motivate team members under pressure.
- Display social confidence, along with excellent organizational skills.
- Be a self-starter with solid analytical capabilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Possess proficiency in spoken and written English.
