Asia Service & Assembly Centre General Manager


  • Manage business P&L in line with business objectives and standard Dana financial practice.
  • Provide leadership to the SAC team, ensuring clear business strategy is in place to meet business objectives, with the related execution plan and organisation structure.
  • Review organisation structure on a regular basis to ensure a capable, competent and committed team is in place to deliver business objectives.
  • Define customer specific strategies to win market share, including most effective route to market (direct from plant/SAC/ Distributor), product, price and communication needs. Track and report progress.
  • Identify & track new business opportunities by country, liaising with Industrial Segment teams and Product Management teams to ensure a product road map is in place to exceed customer and market needs.
  • Define competitor landscape for each allocated country and working with the Product Management teams to ensure a competitive pricing to support Dana market share growth. Deliver price growth in line with business objectives and market potential.
  • Continually assess business operation to implement industry leading practice, that delivers lean but effective operating that can meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Represent allocated markets for AOP and other business planning and performance tracking activities, working alongside Area Sales
  • Managers and other members of the team to deliver global business objectives.
