Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales – Business Development Manager for our education or technology sales team in Thailand or Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of 10+ years in sales, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Key Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in education or technology sales, with a consistent track record to meet and exceed sales goals preferably in Thailand or Southeast Asia
- Experience with solution-based approach to solving customer requirements and an understanding of sophisticated sales cycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to articulate Apple Education Products strategy as well as Apple Value proposition.
- Ability to establish relationships and influence at a C-level within the education sector
- Able to go beyond the industry norm and demonstrate creativity in problem-solving, ability to think dynamically and outside of standard convention, and adapt quickly to new technical areas
- You are highly motivated and organized, work independently with strong time/territory management skills, analytical/problem solving skills
- High level of ethics, values, integrity and trust
- Business level proficiency in Thai and English
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential education or technology clients in Thailand or Southeast Asia
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales quotas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at the C-level within the education sector
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and develop solution-based sales approaches
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Apple Education Products
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and adapt quickly to new technical areas
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts
Requirements
- Proven track record of 10+ years in education or technology sales
- Strong knowledge of the education sector in Thailand or Southeast Asia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Demonstrate creativity in problem-solving and ability to think outside of standard conventions
- Fluency in Thai and English
