Finance Accounting Manager (FMCG,Food Packaging)

Salary ฿‎120,000 – ฿‎150,000 depending on performance and experience, with competitive benefits

Our client is a well-known multinational FMCG and Food packaging Company. The company is looking for Financial & Accounting Manager to lead accounting and finance team, perform financial and budget management, accounting procedures according to global accounting principles and internal controls

Report to: Regional Finance Director

Location: Samut Prakarn

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily accounting finance operations, including month and end-year process, analyze data and produce financial reports or statements.
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles, Improve systems, procedures, initiate corrective actions, establish and maintain fiscal files and records transactions

• Establishes financial status, developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information, managing accounting and managing the finance accounting team.
• Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and prediction future trend by weekly report.
• Direct and coordinate company financial planning and budget management functions.
• Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budgeting, manage the minimized working capitals, conducting reviews and evaluations for cost reduction opportunities.
• Prepare financial analysis for project investment, developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk, being a representative and key person for company financial issues.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting, provide variance analysis, financial performance result, as well as give recommendation in implementation and corrective actions.
• Driving the continuous improvement of finance activities; collaborating across business, functions, and enterprise.
• Aligns with internal control systems, internal controls are proper implement, reliable financial reporting and compliance with laws, regulations and HQ policies.
• Completing the statutory/external audits and will be primarily contact point for external auditors.
• Design, establish and maintenance an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the company’s goals and objectives
• Partners with other department leads to ensure alignment of processes, strategies to ensure financial regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance or Accounting
• 10 year experience with in managerial level of Corporate Accounting, Finance, Business/Plant Controlling related in multinational
• manufacturing, experienced in food packaging is an advantage.
• Strong finance and accounting local and international standard of finance and accounting rules and regulations
• Strong understanding of accounting under GAAP and IFRS.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS office. Experience with ERP is preferred.
• Good command of English both written and spoken in business level is required
