Financial & Accounting Manager

JOB SUMMARY:
Provide leadership and coordination of company financial and budget management functions. Ensure company accounting procedures according to generally accepted accounting principles and internal controls are applied properly.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and prediction future trend by weekly report.
• Direct and coordinate company financial planning and budget management functions.
• Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budgeting.
• Manage the minimized Working capitals.
• Oversee daily operations of the finance department.
• Prepare financial analysis for project investment.
• Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk
• Serve as primary legislative liaison relative to company financial issues.
• Ensure compliance with local state reporting requirements.
• Design, establish and maintenance an organizational structure and staffing to effectively
  accomplish the company’s goals and objectives.
• Liaising with auditors to ensure annual statutory report is carried out
• Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Ensure all reporting to Corporate meet on deadline.
• Internal controls are proper implement especially which function expected high risk.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB SPECIFICATION

EDUCATION: Bachelor Degree in Financial, Accounting or related filed

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 8-10 years in Financial or Accounting Manager
