Commercial Finance Manager (FMCG)

Salary ฿140,000 – ฿170,000 based on performance and experience

Our client is the well-known multinational consumer product FMCG Company. The company is looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to works as a finance business partner to commercial team, development and execution of specific commercial control programs, leading the financial analysis and planning activities including pricing strategies, risk evaluations and capital project to ensure business requirements are met in the development of useful reports and analytical tools.
Report to: Senior Financial Controller

Responsibilities:

• Perform all commercial controlling part and drive business performance as controller of Trade spending, business planning and analyses to achieve operational KPI which support long term business objectives.
• Providing financial management of the commercial allowances for brands and Business Units, financial and tax advisory support to Management team.
• Works closely with the Business Unit Leads, Senior Finance Controller to introduce appropriate operational metrics and KPIs to ensure Trade performance is measured appropriately for each respective business and product group..
• Provide Guidance Company in decision making for future business case and new projects as well as identifying opportunities or weak areas for performance improvement
• Analyze and report out to management the results of various commercial key metrics, budget controlling, service levels, quality of forecasts, headcount and productivity in coordination with in charge.
• Business planning & optimization: Preparation of Customer and Brand Budget and financial forecasts and monitoring of in-month tracking gross-to-net
• Business partnering as well as market & financial expertise to understand, improve & challenge overall effectiveness of the business, part of all project of commercial and leading financial projects relating commercial and category and monitoring of in-month tracking gross-to-net
• Producing monthly reporting of activity in a timely manner, respecting the deadlines, ensure data quality, and communicate effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance or Accounting
• 5-10 years post-qualified experience of Commercial Control, Business Control, Financial Planning and Analysis, Brand Controller or equivalent of Corporate Finance and control in FMCG, Healthcare, Retail, Trading or related.
• Strong financial analysis skills in sales forecasting, pricing, capital investments
• Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills
• Strong understanding of accounting under GAAP and cost accounting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS office. Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Good command of English both written and spoken in business level is required
