Our client is the global well-known Cosmetics and skincare Company. The company is looking for Training Manager (Cosmetic/Makeup) to lead the talent and career development, creation of brand training, develop strategic training plan, consulting and providing to retailer, working with key stakeholders including Global Brand holder and Regional Training to enhance brand performance.

Report to: Senior Business Manager


  • Manage and oversee the talent development and career development plan, sales coaching, products training, retail operations and customer service.
  • Lead and advance sales frontline team in strategic program delivery and exceptional consultant performance including product skills, product expertise, artistry, application, service experiences and technique, in-class training and in-store coaching.
  •  Establishes Design, develop, oversee, and conduct Brand and Product Training Programs for all related stakeholder.
  • Train all sales frontline employees with product knowledge and selling behaviors to enable them to consistently achieve and exceed sales and service goals in line with published brand expectations and include Make Up Artist services, flow of services and other soft skill.
  • Lead team to complete and execute best-in-class training program for brands, cascade and share Training Strategy to team and related team, coaching and motivating team member and MUA Frontline.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting, provide analysis training performance result, as well as give recommendation in implementation and corrective actions.
  • Complete & submit Training plans and recaps on time and within guidelines and budgets and also participate in regional relevant Training Conferences and Seminars.
  • Ensure retailer training needs are met to maximize sales and business opportunity, support special events or product focus activities via appropriate and timely training to field teams.
  • Evaluate instructor-led training effectiveness of Field Executive & Trainer and provide development feedback to their supervisor as part of the Performance Management plan.


  •  Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related field
  • At least 5 year training experience with at least 2 years in managerial level in Beauty Industry, Coaching, Cosmetics, Retail, and
  • Employee Training/development makeup, Cosmetic and skincare products experiences are preferred.
  • Strong Training background, Design and Deliver Training program for product launch, field training, and related seminars according to global standards and brand conceptual.
  • Strong understanding of business culture, customer experiences and beauty/cosmetics trends..
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS office.
  • Good command of English both written and spoken in business level is required
