Assistant Sales Manager

Responsibilites:

  • Ensure the maximum effectiveness conduct and coordinates onboarding training programs session for new hires sales force and sales trainees with quality sales training programs within budget limitations
  • Delivery, review, and maintenance of training programs or training curriculum to ensure the training needs of the organization (Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, coaching, and workshops)
  • Schedule and deliver individual and team training plans on a regular basis and can provide constructive feedback
  • Understand and stay current with company processes and procedures
  • Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs
  • Develop training assessments and gap analysis to determine requirements and opportunities for employee development
  • Evaluate strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs
  • Choose the most appropriate training method per case (e.g. on-the-job training, seminars and simulations)
  • Report on training program effectiveness
  • Create an open-communication climate and gather team members’ preferences for potential training
  • Maintain updated curriculum database and training record
  • Stay up-to-date with employee development trends
  • Work with Thailand Training Manager to identify best practices for training functionality and process improvement.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales training specialist or Sales training coordinator or Medical Representative
  • Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques
  • An ability to manage the full training cycle
  • Experience with learning management software
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and team management skills
  • Bachelor degree in Education, Human Resources or relevant field
