Social Media Manager

We are seeking a talented and self-driven Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current digital marketing trends, urban consumer behavior, and a proven track record of managing and growing social media presence across various platforms.

Salary: ฿40,000 – ฿60,000 per month

Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Management:

• Manage and expand the company’s presence on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LINE Official Account.
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand positioning and marketing objectives.
• Monitor platform performance and audience engagement to optimize content effectiveness.

Content Creation & Campaign Execution:

• Create and oversee content plans that reflect current digital trends and audience insights.
• Lead the production of engaging short-form video content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Ensure brand consistency, tone, and quality across all social media content.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Coordinate with external creators, production teams, and agencies to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
• Prepare and present clear, concise reports and proposals to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with other marketing team members to ensure alignment across all communication channels.

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, or InShot.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and urban consumer behavior.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and executing social media campaigns with defined budgets.
• Ability to communicate ideas effectively through both visual and verbal presentations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
• Self-driven with a collaborative mindset.
