Customer Support (New Graduates Welcome!)

We’re looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Customer Support team! If you’re ready to learn new technologies and grow your skills, we welcome you to apply. We have multiple open positions, ranging from Junior to Manager level, so there’s a place for you whether you’re just starting out or have significant experience.

Salary: ฿30,000 – ฿60,000 (Based on experience and position)

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls efficiently and professionally, following company procedures.
  • Resolve customer issues appropriately via chat and phone.
  • Accurately update customer information in the company’s back-end system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or call center work is preferred.
  • Ability to work according to a shift schedule.

Special consideration will be given to candidates who:

  • Possess strong overall qualifications.
  • Have experience in customer service within the banking industry.
  • Can start work immediately.
