As part of our exciting expansion into the Thai market in 2025, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce & Market Expansion Manager to spearhead our online store operations and drive our growth in Thailand. Salary: ฿65,000 – ฿90,000 per month + Performance Bonuses

Job Summary:

The E-Commerce & Market Expansion Manager will be responsible for managing our official Thai website, implementing digital marketing strategies, and supporting our market expansion efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of the Thai e-commerce landscape, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Operations:

• Manage the Thailand official website, including product listings, pricing, and content localization.
• Implement SEO and digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic and conversion rates.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and sales performance using tools like Google Analytics.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Market Expansion & Local Operations:
• Conduct market research on Thai fashion e-commerce trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape.
• Build and manage relationships with local partners, service providers, and logistics companies.
• Support business operations in Thailand, including coordination with external vendors for legal and administrative matters.
• Develop localized marketing strategies to increase brand awareness in Thailand.
• Logistics & Customer Service Management:
• Ensure efficient inventory management and timely order fulfillment.
• Handle customer service inquiries and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the Taiwan headquarters for stock replenishment.
• ERP & Website Management:
• Utilize e-commerce ERP systems for inventory tracking, sales reporting, and order management.
• Work with the IT team to ensure smooth integration of payment gateways and third-party tools (e.g., Shopify).

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, with a focus on brand-owned official websites.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Experience working in the Thai e-commerce market, including knowledge of consumer trends.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Shopify, or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to develop and execute market expansion plans.
• Fluent in Thai and English (Mandarin is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with logistics, fulfillment, and customer service teams in Thailand.
• Knowledge of Thai business operations, compliance, or legal procedures.
• Background in fashion or apparel e-commerce is a plus.
