About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Web Administrator & Online Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our website, implementing effective landing pages, and providing exceptional customer support through online channels. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, analytical skills, and strong communication abilities. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless online experience for our customers and contribute to the company’s overall marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
Website Management & Optimization:
- Update and monitor website content to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement and manage landing pages to support company marketing strategies.
- Proactively monitor and implement alerts to detect and resolve website issues before user impact.
- Collaborate with other teams for website development and enhancements.
Online Marketing & Analytics:
- Monitor and analyze website traffic using Google Analytics to provide actionable insights.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for the Communication & Branding Department.
- Customer Support & Communication:
- Communicate company service and location information to customers.
- Accurately record and track customer inquiries received via corporate customer service email, ensuring timely resolution and updates.
- Actively solicit and relay stakeholder feedback to relevant departments.
- Handle customer complaints and issues, coordinating with internal and external parties for resolution.
General Duties:
- Complete other assignments as directed by the Direct Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-5 years of proven experience in Online Marketing, Web Administration, or Web Master roles.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Experience handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as PIKTOCHART, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar).
