Digital Performance Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced Digital Performance Specialist. In this role, you will oversee all daily operations, including campaign creation, data extraction, budget management, ongoing optimizations, account monitoring, and assisting with strategic projects. The Performance Team Lead will be your direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Execute PPC campaigns by performing tasks such as account setup, uploading keywords, ad creatives and extensions, strategy development, and organization.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and guidelines for PPC campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to meet performance goals.
• Generate raw data to produce performance reports and analyze them to derive actionable insights.
• Take charge of budget pacing and management.
• Provide valuable insights on campaign performance and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience managing PPC campaigns.
• Proficient in handling Google Ads accounts and making data-driven decisions.
• Must have experience with Google Ads, Google Search, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Ads.
• Familiarity with search engines, display networks, paid social advertising platforms, and third-party tools.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, including the ability to perform complex functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating proactive communication.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
• Highly curious and eager to expand knowledge and skills.
