Technical Sales Engineer

JOB TYPE: Full Time and Permanent


  • Master the products and solutions: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products, features, and industry automation solutions. Apply this knowledge to effectively recommend and introduce the products and solutions to customers and industry stakeholders.
  • Develop and visit customers: Utilize your knowledge of the products and solutions to identify and expand the customer base. Discover and establish relationships with new customers based on their needs and the benefits of the company’s offerings. Regularly visit and engage with existing customers for relationship building and ongoing support.
  • Establish brand image: Support the company’s brand publicity and promotion efforts. Contribute to the promotion of products and solutions through participation in exhibitions, exchanges, and other relevant events. Help establish a positive brand image for the company, which will also reflect positively on your own professional reputation.
  • Achieve sales goals: Build and manage a successful sales network by planning, implementing, and overseeing customer development and channel construction activities within the assigned region. Collaborate with partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes and meet sales targets.


  • Graduates in electrical engineering, automation, mechanical design and manufacturing, mechatronics, or related majors.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to establish interpersonal connections.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to work and a clear sense of purpose.
  • Preferred qualifications: Experience in laboratory projects and participation in award-winning events. Fluency in both the local language and Mandarin/English is advantageous.

Payroll and Benefits:

  • Annual salary before tax: Includes 12 months’ salary, allowance, and annual bonus. Salary increase based on company’s overall profit and individual performance.

  • Standard working hours: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day. Statutory holidays and paid annual leave in accordance with national regulations.
