Customer Service Representative (Logistics)

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and support customers in navigating international logistics services. The ideal candidate will engage with a diverse clientele, offering personalized solutions to meet their specific needs. Your main objective will be to ensure a smooth shipping process and deliver top-notch customer service. This involves collecting feedback, suggestions, and complaints to foster ongoing improvements within our team.

Responsibilities:

Address customer inquiries, complaints, claims, and service guarantees promptly and accurately.
Provide support and solutions for products and services through various communication channels like calls, LINE, and other platforms.
Maintain records, follow up with customers, and provide updates on their inquiries.
Guide customers through procedures, answer queries, and share relevant information to ensure successful processes.
Foster effective communication and promptly escalate any emerging issues.
Maintain service quality standards and suggest procedural enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Have 0-3 years of experience in Customer Services, Customer Relationship Management, Call Center, Telesales, or related areas.
• Display a strong eagerness to acquire product and service knowledge.
• Exhibit a customer-centric approach with exceptional service-oriented skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Possess fluency in both Thai and English.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Willingness to travel to the CBD area in Bangkok for work.
