Store Manager / General Manager

Salary: ฿60,000 – ฿90,000 per month

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Store Manager / General Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our store operations. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations, driving sales and profitability, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in building strong customer relationships and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

• Manage daily store operations effectively and efficiently, ensuring all procedures are followed and all areas of the store are well-maintained.
• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and ordering merchandise.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement cost-effective strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.

Customer Service:

• Drive exceptional customer service by leading and motivating the team to provide friendly, helpful, and efficient service to all customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and foster customer loyalty.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.

Team Leadership:

• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise store staff, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.
• Develop and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.

Sales & Business Development:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and drive revenue growth.
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
• Identify and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Financial Management:

• Manage store budgets and forecasts effectively.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement cost-saving measures to improve profitability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Store Manager or General Manager in a wholesale, retail, or food service environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and drive results.
• Proficient in inventory management and POS systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of wholesale distribution and supply chain processes (preferred).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and maintain high mobility.
