Sales Executive (Manufacturing)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to lead and manage our sales team for warehouse automation products. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth within the manufacturing sector.

Salary: ฿70,000 – ฿100,000 plus Allowances

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team for warehouse automation products, including Shuttle Rack, Flow Rack, Conveyor, and other related products.
  • Oversee the sales team for Industrial Racking Systems as assigned.
  • Coordinate with international suppliers on technical aspects of projects.
  • Conduct market research, analyze competitor data, and develop sales strategies that align with market trends and technological advancements.
  • Identify and research customer needs and challenges, and assist the team in presenting suitable and effective solutions.
  • Closely monitor and support the sales team’s activities to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Collaborate with internal and external departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics), Industrial Education and Technology,
  • Automation Control Systems, Industrial Robotics, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a sales team.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project sales related to Warehouse Automation.
  • Experience working with System Integrators in the Automation/Robotic industry is a strong plus.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle.
  • Ability to travel to meet clients in different provinces.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Thai.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Strong presentation and spreadsheet software skills (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Excellent negotiation and compromise skills.
