Salary: ฿60,000 – ฿90,000 plus allowances
Join a global automotive leader at their state-of-the-art Rayong facility. You will oversee critical utility systems and drive energy-saving initiatives in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Facility Management: Lead operations for electrical, solar, wastewater, HVAC, and fire protection systems.
- Operational Excellence: Manage preventive maintenance, spare parts inventory, and breakdown analysis to minimize downtime.
- Sustainability & Compliance: Drive CO2 reduction projects and ensure 100% compliance with IATF16949 and safety standards.
- Budget & Risk: Oversee facility costs, conduct risk assessments, and report to regional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 8+ years in Facility/Utility Engineering within a multinational manufacturing setting.
- Skills: Strong leadership, English proficiency, and expert troubleshooting of industrial systems.
- Bonus: Certification in energy-saving standards is highly preferred.
