About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of foundry raw materials and equipment. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide technical support, and develop tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing and Sales:
- Promote foundry raw materials and equipment to potential and existing customers.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations to showcase our products and services.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify customer requirements and provide support.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration.
- Visit customers to understand their needs and provide customized quotations.
- Follow up with potential customers to close deals and build lasting relationships.
Technical Expertise:
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
- Research and develop new products to meet customer specifications.
- Provide technical support to customers regarding product application and troubleshooting.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop new strategies.
Team Leadership:
- Train sales team members on technical aspects of our products and services.
- Contribute to setting and achieving sales goals and OKRs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Materials, Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 2.5.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of alloys and metallurgy.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
