Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Technical Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries, diagnose issues, and offer tailored solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, providing detailed instructions to customers.
- Accurately document customer interactions and technical issues.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and support tools.
Employment Options:
On-Site in Bangkok:
- Fixed salary with minimum sales targets.

Requirements:
- English language proficiency.
- Previous experience in a customer support, call center, or sales role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons and nights.
