Senior Brand Manager (Beauty, Skincare, FMCG)

Our client is a leader in the Global Beauty, Skincare and Personal Care Company. Looking a Senior Brand Manager to strategize and manage all brand missions and lead the development and execution of business plans, marketing, and commercial activities to increase brand competitiveness and market shares, Build brand awareness and equity year-on-year to meet annual brands targets P&L.


  • Lead identify key brand drivers and to develop profitably grow the brand and increase performance of Brands activations, campaign, brands strategy, Product Launch, media, pricing, promotional to support the key customer in each channel.
  • Budget management for total brand activities ensuring a profitable and business growth.
  • Clearly identify and communicate effectively brand priorities to the Key Account Managers, Trade Marketing and distributors
  • Drive integration of digital and CRM campaigns, customer engagement, retention and brand campaigns to improve brand performance in Customer Journey.
  • Evaluate and align local plans, strategies and KPIs with global and regional brand directives.
  • Manage portfolio, set pricing strategies and ensure supply chain plans are in line with the brand plan and key targets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal resources commercial team, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and etc. to ensure proper management of product and brand activities according to the agreed business plan
  • Harmonize product assortment and pricing across distribution channels and markets.
  • Ensure all brand communications comply with brand image and guidelines.
  • Share best practices across markets and monitor key competitors’ activities and results.
  • Analyze brand performance to identify risks and opportunities to achieve annual targets and serve as a marketing liaison between local and HQ brand teams.


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing or Business studies.
  • 10 years in with marketing, professional 5 years in Brand Management for Cosmetics, Beauty, Skincare, FMCG preferably in the multi-channel customer segment and experience in multi brand management is an advantage.
  • Must have strong leadership skills and ability to work with people from cross functional departments – dynamic, flexible, positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of the Online/Offline Advertising of Skincare, Cosmetic related with Beauty Industry
  • Good understanding of financial management, analytical and planning skills.
  • Strong Business Communication, negotiation and good in English.
