About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager/Senior Manager to join our growing team. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our business objectives and fostering a positive and high-performing organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR compliance. Experience in setting up HR systems within a small-to-medium sized organization during a growth phase will be highly advantageous.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Human Resource Management (HRM)
- Plan manpower (Manpower Planning) and manage recruitment (Recruitment) appropriately to the growth of the team.
- Design the Onboarding / Exit Interview / Retention Program process.
- Manage employee documents, employment contracts, and various benefits.
- Set and enforce HR regulations and policies in accordance with labor laws.
- Manage internal relations, including resolving disputes and receiving employee complaints.
Human Resource Development and Training (HRD)
- Develop and maintain Performance Management systems such as KPI, OKR, 360 Feedback.
- Plan and implement Learning & Development appropriate for each position.
- Set salary structure / Career Path / Evaluation system.
Organizational and Organizational Culture Development (HROD)
- Create organizational culture through activities / Core Values / Communication.
- Provide advice to executives and team leaders on people management, communication, and conflict management.
- Communicate HR policies for the team to understand and implement.
Applicant Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in HR and have played a role in setting up a real system.
- Have worked in a small-medium sized organization. Those in the growth stage will be given special consideration.
- Understanding of Performance / Learning / Culture tools.
Additional Skills:
- Good interpersonal skills and able to build trust from the team.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Able to use HRMS / Excel / or HR Tools.
- Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in HR.
