Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry, with a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Salary: ฿100,000 – ฿150,000 plus benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve company growth objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new markets, trends, and opportunities.
- Create comprehensive feasibility studies, including financial modeling and ROI analysis, for potential business ventures.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnerships, joint ventures, and other strategic alliances.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance market visibility.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and converting leads into long-term business relationships.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor industry and competitor performance to adjust business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of business development initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Track and report on business development metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Assess potential risks and challenges associated with new business ventures and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in business dealings.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic planning with a track record of successful deal-making, partnerships, and revenue generation.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse stakeholders.
