Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of our hotel in Thailand. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all hotel departments, maintaining high standards of guest service, and achieving financial targets.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
  • Ensure exceptional guest service by maintaining high standards and promptly addressing any guest concerns or issues
  • Manage and motivate a diverse team of hotel staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue, occupancy, and profitability
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as average daily rate (ADR), revenue per available room (RevPAR), and occupancy rate
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute marketing initiatives and partnerships to drive business
  • Prepare and manage the hotel’s annual budget, monitor expenses, and implement cost control measures
  • Maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and guest preferences to identify areas for improvement and innovation

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
  • Deep understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)
  • Fluency in English and Thai (written and spoken)
