Job Description:
- Work hours: 8:30-17:30 with flexible working hours
- Actively drive projects by combining business acumen with technical expertise
- Lead digital transformation and new business initiatives, balancing technical challenges with business objectives
- Identify opportunities and risks, guiding projects with informed decision-making
- Ensure effective collaboration between customers and engineering teams to deliver high-quality results that contribute to client business growth
- Actively influence project success, embodying our role as a vital IT partner in our clients’ ventures
Requirements:
- Gender: Male or Female
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business and system analysis
- Experience in leading software development and digital transformation projects
- Track record of successfully managing and delivering diverse IT projects, especially in new business development or new system development
- Ability to balance multiple project demands and adapt to evolving project scopes
- Strong technical acumen in software development methodologies and project management
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Outstanding communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Fluency in English for effective communication with diverse teams and clients
- Good management, service mindset, and presentation skills
- Adaptability and understanding of business dynamics to provide IT solutions
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel (e.g., Amata, Gateway) as needed for project requirements and client engagements
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
Qualifications:
- Professional certifications from recognized bodies such as Microsoft, AWS, or PMP are beneficial
