Customer Service Representative (SAP)

Salary: ฿60,000 – ฿80,000

Job Description:

  • Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner to provide high quality service and assistance with their purchases.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by helping them find the products they need, answering their questions, and resolving any issues or complaints.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking shelves and keeping displays neat and presentable.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers with their purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
