HR Specialist (Automotive)

Job Description:

Our client is a well-known multinational new plant automotive manufacturing company. The company is looking for a HR Specialist (LD & ER) to work closely with HR Manager to develop and implement an HR Strategy, implement and maintain effective HR best practices in Talent Management, Training and Development, to support and engage employee relationship projects and activities to build a strong culture and values in the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing training plans and organizing through variance learning channels such as e-learning & internal training, knowledge sharing, ensure Global HR systems, policies and practices are developed, implemented and effectively communicated and guidelines within area of responsibility.
  • Collaborating and working proactively with all departments to monitor, provide insights, solve issues, and implement improvements on talent & career development programs and related work areas
  • Leading in career development program and succession plan, working closing with a head of departments in updating the progress of individual development plan (IDP)
  • Assess tools and processes to define competency gaps and recommend appropriate development tools by employee and company requirements
  • Manage Career Development Program, E-Learning, Internship Program, Onboarding, Off-boarding, etc
  • Assist HR Manager and team in plant talent development project and coordinate global HR for any related issues including best practice sharing.
  • Support the company people related projects such as Employee Engagement Survey, New Employee Values Implementation, Speak out and associate program, Employee Activities from both Global and local assignment etc.
  • Partner in analysis and revision of people programs, policies and practices to sustain a positive work environment.
  • Ensure that internal policies and processes are in line with labor law, international labor Standards on Migrant workers requirements and customer code of conducts compliance
  • Participate project of Thailand best workplace in employee relation, welfare, and benefit award., Corporate Social Responsibility-sustainability Program, employee committees such as welfare committee, CSR committee and Employee engagement.
  • Lead of company activity, Company outing, Sport day, New year party and etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in relevant Human Resources or similar discipline.
  • 10 years experienced and minimum 2 years in leader, supervisor or higher in a professional qualification related to HRD, Training,
  • Learning and Development and ER in multinational manufacturing.
  • Communications strategy and messaging skills with the ability to build long term partnerships with internal management & all staff level.
  • Good English communication skill, both written and spoken
  • Enthusiasm for change and challenging convention
  • Experiences in HR Global Project and Plant HR activities Management.
  • Create/Initiative idea, Result-oriented and Self-motivated with good team spirit
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR application.
