HR Specialist

Salary: ฿55,000 – ฿60,000 per month

Our client is an international nutraceutical company with a growing presence in Thailand. They now have a requirement for an HR Specialist that will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, employee engagement, as well as administrative and office support tasks.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end processes of employee lifecycle from recruitment, hiring, onboarding, confirmation, and exit procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, as well as statutory filings and
    contributions.
  • Administer employee benefits such as provident fund, medical and health insurance, social insurance, etc.
  • Identify training needs, source appropriate training programs, evaluate training effectiveness, and ensure timely completion of new hire inductions, adherence to training procedures, and retention of related documentation.
  • Ensure timely submission of monthly leave and attendance report, updated employee listing, organization chart, and other HR reports as required.
  • Collaborate with respective departments to achieve global HR KPIs.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and applied consistently throughout the organization.
  • Manage and maintain HR filings, ensuring data integrity, compliance with regulations, and the confidentiality of personal and sensitive information.
  • Facilitate the performance management process to ensure timely completion of evaluations and retention of related documentation.
  • Address employee grievances, manage employee issues, misconduct, and terminations in accordance with local guidelines and regulations.
  • Provide HR advice and support to employees.
  • Organize team-building and other employee engagement activities.
  • Keep Regional HR updated on the latest changes in local labor regulations.
  • Coordinate the maintenance of office upkeep, supplies, and other office administration matters.
  • 3-4 years relevant work experience is required
