Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end talent acquisition strategies and processes across all functions and business units in Thailand.
  • Supervise the recruitment team, managing operations for talent sourcing, selection, and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, conduct market research, and create effective recruitment plans.
  • Proactively build and manage a talent pipeline for current and future opportunities.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and enhance employer branding and create a positive candidate experience.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify areas for improvement in talent acquisition practices.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Drive organizational change initiatives, develop workforce plans, and influence business leaders to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies.
  • Lead and develop the recruitment team, providing coaching and guidance.

Qualifications:

  • Thai nationality
  • Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and business partnering in a multinational company (FMCG, pharmaceutical, e-commerce, retail, chain store, trading/distribution preferred)
  • Strategic thinking and strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruitment processes
  • Experience with recruitment technologies and tools
  • High energy, proactive, and positive attitude
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and motivational skills
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to handle challenging situations
  • Strong business acumen and ability to deliver HR initiatives in a complex environment
  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate with regional and global HR teams
