Job Description:
- Identify and address non-conformities or performance gaps, implementing corrective actions to keep the company on track towards achieving short-term and long-term goals.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of the power plant to ensure full compliance with the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), Long-term Service Agreement (LTSA), and Gas Sale Agreement (GSA), ensuring continuous and efficient company operations.
- Develop the company’s strategic business plans and annual budget. Collaborate with all divisions to ensure alignment of individual business plans, promoting efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to the company’s financial model.
- Manage and address stakeholders’ needs and expectations, ensuring satisfaction while fostering long-term sustainability and positive relationships for the organization.
- Oversee the management of the Loan Agreement, Common Term Agreement (CTA), and all related contracts to ensure smooth project execution. Continuously monitor and mitigate the risk of Event of Default (EOD).
- Lead and manage CSR projects, aligning initiatives with the community to support the company’s new project expansion and growth.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 20 years of relevant professional experience, including 15 years of experience in power plant operations and maintenance or project management. At least 5 years of management experience in the power industry or a similar organization with a minimum annual revenue of ฿5,000 million.

- Demonstrate expertise in effectively managing and establishing organizational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive performance and align with business goals.
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge and experience in overseeing overall plant maintenance and operations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Skilled in managing plant efficiency, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to minimize operational losses.
- Strong proficiency in English, with the ability to read, write, and listen effectively for professional communication and documentation.

- Systematic Thinking: Ability to analyze complex operational challenges, identify key issues, and apply structured, methodical approaches to improve plant performance and efficiency.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating contracts, agreements, and service terms with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated capability to identify and resolve operational and maintenance challenges, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal plant operations.
- Persuasion & Team Engagement: Skilled in motivating and engaging plant teams, fostering collaboration, and aligning efforts with organizational goals to enhance plant performance and safety.
