We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team!

What you will do:

  • Be the friendly voice of our company, responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Dive deep into customer issues, identify the root cause, and provide clear and effective solutions.
  • Become an expert on our services to ensure you can offer comprehensive support.
  • Collaborate with other teams to tackle complex cases and deliver timely resolutions.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and needs, informing service development.
  • Continuously learn and expand your knowledge by studying other relevant systems.
  • Prepare weekly reports summarizing your results and highlighting any ongoing issues.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or at least 1 year of experience in customer service (e-commerce experience a plus!).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – you’re a natural at building rapport and asking insightful questions.
  • A computer whiz with a knack for navigating social media platforms.
  • A problem-solver at heart, with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations.
  • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate.
  • English language fluency is a must.
  • A responsible and organized individual who can manage time effectively.
  • Weekend availability (flexible scheduling for weekdays can be discussed).
  • Access to a personal laptop.
