About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and resourceful HR Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we attract, select, and onboard top talent. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, facilitating communication and ensuring a smooth interview process.
  • Oversee the entire hiring process, from requisition creation to offer presentation.
  • Design, distribute, and analyze candidate experience surveys to continuously improve our recruitment strategy.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy, addressing short- and long-term hiring needs.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics, create data visualizations, and recommend process improvements.
  • Maintain a qualified pool of recruitment agencies and establish standardized agreements.
  • Develop creative solutions for filling difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Partner with universities to build relationships and attract student talent through job fairs, internships, and co-op programs.
  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of a new HR information system (HRIS).
  • Take ownership of additional tasks assigned by superiors or the company’s management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources role with a focus on recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current trends.
  • Proven ability to source and attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in HR technology and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and create reports.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
