About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative specializing in online sales. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various online channels, ensuring they have a positive and satisfying experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in online sales within a beauty clinic is a plus!

Salary: ฿25,000 – ฿40,000 per month + Benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Listen attentively to customer needs and recommend appropriate services to meet their individual requirements.
  • Confidently and knowledgeably present our products and services, ensuring customers feel informed and comfortable with their decisions.
  • Respond promptly and thoroughly to customer inquiries via LINE, Facebook, Instagram, and other online platforms.
  • Provide accurate and clear information throughout the customer journey, both pre- and post-service.
  • Efficiently resolve customer issues and questions, ensuring a positive and confident experience.
  • Manage customer appointments for clinic services, verifying information for completeness and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute shift schedules, ensuring seamless customer service coverage.

Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in managing online communications across multiple channels.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly and effectively explain information to customers.
  • Ability to quickly and efficiently handle urgent situations and resolve customer issues.
  • Demonstrated patience, politeness, and professionalism in customer interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including the ability to maintain customer records and track data.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in online sales within a beauty clinic.

Working Hours:

This position requires working in shifts to ensure comprehensive customer support. Shift schedules will be discussed and planned collaboratively within the team to optimize efficiency and meet customer needs.
