Job Summary
Lead the QC team to ensure all raw materials and production processes meet rigorous company and international standards. You will drive root cause analysis, manage quality audits, and liaise with global partners.
Salary: ฿50,000 – ฿60,000
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Strategy: Establish QC guidelines and standards for all production stages.
- Problem Solving: Analyze defects using 7 QC Tools/CAPA to implement preventive measures.
- Team Leadership: Monitor, evaluate, and train the QC team to hit performance targets.
- Coordination: Act as the key point of contact for Production, Suppliers, and International Clients (English).
- Compliance: Manage quality documentation and lead internal/external ISO audits.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Science, or related fields.
- Experience: 5+ years in Industrial QC/QA plus 5+ years in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Proficient in ISO standards, Root Cause Analysis, and project planning.
- Language: Fluent English (Speaking, Reading, Writing) for professional coordination.
- Traits: Leadership-oriented, meticulous, and highly organized.
