We’re looking for a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with top-notch support and guidance. You’ll handle inquiries through multiple channels, assist with account-related questions, and collaborate with our international teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to grow their career in the financial services industry and has aspirations to move into a sales or business development role. Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing prompt and professional support via chat, email, and telephone.
  • Product Knowledge: Educate and assist customers with a wide range of inquiries, including account opening, trading system usage, and information about our products and services.
  • Issue Resolution: Coordinate with international teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
  • Information Management: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and inquiries in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to help improve service quality.
  • Promotional Communication: Provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information regarding company promotions, trading conditions, and service offerings.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree. We welcome new graduates.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills in Thai are required. English communication skills are a plus and will be given special consideration.
  • Skills & Attributes:
    • A strong passion for customer service, with patience and the ability to handle pressure effectively.
    • Proficiency in using computers and basic software programs.
    • A positive attitude, ready to learn, and able to work well within a team.
  • Experience (preferred): Previous experience in the Forex industry or a customer service role is highly valued.
  • Career Ambition: A strong desire to grow into a future Sales or Business Development Manager (BDM) position.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: ฿25,000 – ฿35,000 per month
