About the Role
We are seeking a talented Vehicle Design Engineer to join our R&D team at a leading automotive company. You will play a crucial role in the development of innovative vehicle components.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize CAD software (CATIA preferred) to design and visualize vehicle parts.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis, testing, and evaluation of vehicle components.
  • Develop comprehensive vehicle development documentation, including specifications, part lists, and engineering change orders.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.
  • Identify and resolve engineering challenges throughout the development process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in automotive R&D is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, particularly CATIA (training provided for other software).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Japanese language is advantageous.
