Job Summary:
As an IT Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful planning, execution, and delivery of software and ERP projects. You will be responsible for leading project teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage software and ERP projects, utilizing agile methodologies to oversee the entire project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, expectations, and requirements
  • Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Monitor project progress against milestones and deliverables, maintaining comprehensive documentation
  • Implement quality assurance processes and identify and mitigate project risks
  • Provide technical guidance to project teams and manage vendor relationships
  • Advocate for and implement best practices in project management, DevOps, and security
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance project outcomes and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented and results-focused
  • A strong desire to learn and understand business operations and growth
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a successful track record of software development and ERP system implementations (e.g., MS Dynamics, SAP)
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
  • Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with proficiency in English (additional proficiency in Thai is a must)
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana) and certifications in PMP or CAPM are advantageous
  • Proven experience in managing software development projects using AWS, React, PHP Laravel, and Node.js
  • Ability to effectively manage project risks and changes
