IT Business Analyst

Salary: ฿65,000 – ฿85,000 per month

We are looking for a skilled IT Business Analyst to analyze and optimize our business processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop project plans, and ensure successful project execution. A keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate business processes, identify improvement areas, and develop solutions to automate and modernize systems.
• Conduct requirements analysis, present ideas to cross-functional teams, and effectively communicate project plans.
• Collaborate with clients, technicians, and management to gather critical information and produce insightful reports.
• Manage projects, create project plans, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst with a proven track record of project management.
• Strong technical proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, SQL, and ERP.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience in report writing and presentation delivery.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Intermediate English communication skills.
