About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and well-groomed Harmonist (Salesperson) to represent our boutique in the heart of Bangkok’s luxury retail district. If you have a genuine love for the beauty industry, a flair for clienteling, and the ability to converse fluently in English, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Clienteling: Achieve sales targets through expert storytelling and product knowledge. Build long-term professional relationships with clients and manage follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
- Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional, world-class customer service. Identify client expectations and provide a welcoming, memorable boutique experience.
- Operations: Maintain pristine floor displays and merchandise standards. Monitor stock inventories and operate POS systems (cash register/credit card machines) accurately.
- Growth & Reporting: Produce sales reports for the Area Manager and actively attend workshops/seminars to stay updated on new product lines.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (any field).
- Experience: 1–2 years of retail sales or Client Service experience (Luxury consumer goods or Beauty industry preferred).
- Skills: Strong command of English is essential.
- Personality: Well-groomed, dynamic, disciplined, and highly motivated with a “service mind” attitude.
- Availability: Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
