Human Resources Specialist

LOCATION: Bangkok
JOB TYPE: Full Time and Permanent

Salary: ฿60,000 – ฿65,000

Responsibilities:

  • Source and reach out to qualified candidates for current open roles
  • Serve as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers
  • Coordinate the hiring process from start to finish
  • Design, distribute, and analyze candidate experience surveys
  • Establish recruitment strategy and address any short or long-term concerns
  • Analyze recruitment process performance, create dashboards, and implement changes
  • Maintain a list of recruitment agencies and standardize terms and conditions
  • Identify and address difficult job vacancies with appropriate recruitment strategies
  • Support company recruitment activities with universities through job fairs, internships, and cooperative education
  • Assist in setting up new HRM system
  • Complete any additional tasks assigned by superiors or the company’s management team.

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computer, Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource Management, or Social Science in order to qualify.

Experience:

  • 15 years of recruitment experience.
  • Must have experience in recruitment strategy.
  • Experience in employee planning.
  • Full cycle recruitment experience, including recruitment activities and candidate interviews.
  • Experience working in Japanese or international companies is preferred (optional).
  • Experience searching for candidates with executive, professional, and technical expertise in the IT industry.
  • Experience in data analysis and management.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English.
  • Proactive and initiative.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, management, and service-minded skills.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and logical thinking.
  • Strong multitasking and interpersonal skills are preferred.
  • Organized and detail-oriented approach.
  • Preferably holds JLPT N2 certification.
