Human Resources Manager (HR)

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and help us achieve our organizational goals. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, from talent management to organizational development. You will manage a team and work to modernize our HR systems to support business growth and cultivate a strong company culture.

This is a full-time position with a salary ranging from ฿50,000 to ฿60,000 per month.

Responsibilities:

  • General Management & People Operations: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, orientation, probation reviews, and performance reviews. You’ll also be responsible for developing and implementing new HR systems to improve efficiency.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage the payroll system, benefits administration, and annual salary adjustments.
  • Labor Relations & Legal Compliance: Ensure all company policies and practices align with labor laws and regulations.
  • Safety & Wellness: Manage all aspects of safety, occupational health, and the overall working environment.
  • Organizational Development: Develop and implement strategies to support business growth and create a positive, sustainable company culture.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Law, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 years of HR management experience, with at least 3 years of experience managing an HR team.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compensation, and benefits management.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and HR system development.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Preferred: Candidates with experience in the construction or interior decoration contracting industry are highly encouraged to apply.
