Salary Range: ฿90,000 – ฿130,000 per month

Key Objectives of the Role

The Business Development & Solution Manager will be a critical driver of our retail product strategy, focusing on building deep customer relationships and leading the technical solution delivery process.

  • Lead and manage the Project team (specifically focused on CRM Solutions and Data Products).
  • Master presentation and pitching skills to ensure commercial success.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer business requirements and translate them into actionable product and solution roadmaps.

Job Description & Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Stakeholder Management

  • Establish, maintain, and nurture high-level relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in enterprise and corporate sectors.
  • Possess a deep understanding of customer needs and translate them into product offerings that match their requirements.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously refine and optimize sales strategies.

Solution & Product Leadership

  •  Lead the analysis of customer business requirements and meticulously document all specifications.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business users and the system development teams, ensuring that both business and technical requirements align with organizational standards and referenced architecture.
  • Maintain related requirement traceability and track the alignment through the design and delivery phases.
  • Contribute to conceptual API product development and innovation.

Project Management & Delivery

  • Plan, organize, and manage project work to ensure the timely and successful delivery of products and solutions.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and all defined requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Business, IT, MIS, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 8 years of experience in solution sales with a proven track record of success is preferred.
  • Full-cycle project experience with a CRM solution is a significant plus.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Strong knowledge and background in IT concepts.
  • Knowledge of system integration principles is an advantage.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Must possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
