Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple channels.
- Onboarding: Prepare contracts and manage documentation for new hires.
- Performance Tracking: Manage probationary evaluations and follow-ups.
- Employer Branding: Expand recruitment networks and publicize company events/news.
Qualifications
- Age: 23–35 years (Any gender).
- Tech Savvy: Skillful in using social media/online platforms for headhunting.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and proactive problem-solving.
- Experience: Previous HR/Recruitment experience in Telesales is a major plus.
