Core Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams across Network, System, Cloud, and Security.
- Strategy & Delivery: Oversee resources for major infrastructure projects and service stability.
- Mentorship: Coach technical staff and lead performance reviews to drive career growth.
Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years in IT Infrastructure, Management, or SI/Service Provider environments.
- Technical Depth: Strong expertise in enterprise networking, security, and infrastructure.
- Skills: Thai National, Bachelor’s in IT/Engineering, age 30+.
- Language: Good English command (TOEIC 700+ required).
