Salary: ฿55,000 – ฿65,000
Key Responsibilities
- AR & Revenue: Oversee debtor payments, aging reports (AR Aging), and debt collection. Reconcile monthly revenue against VAT (PP.30) and CIT (PND.50) filings.
- Financial Closing: Lead monthly/quarterly/annual closings. Prepare accurate financial statements and analyze gross profit margins.
- GL & Payroll: Manage general ledger entries, reconcile payroll registers, and ensure all adjustments comply with accounting standards.
- Tax Compliance: Review and submit tax forms (PND.1, 3, 53, 50, 51 and PP.36).
- Asset Management: Assign asset codes, track inventory movement, and lead annual physical counts.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in AR; 3+ years in middle management.
- Technical Skills: Must be proficient in SAP B1 and MS Office.
- Specialized Knowledge: Proven experience in monthly/annual account closing and asset management (2+ years).
- Attributes: Resilient under pressure and adaptable to fast-paced outsourcing environments.
