Drive operational excellence for a leading automotive parts manufacturer. We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee all production facets, optimize efficiency, and lead a high-performing team.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Align manufacturing goals with business objectives and implement robust operational policies.
- Operational Excellence: Drive Lean manufacturing, monitor KPIs (Output, Quality, Productivity), and minimize waste/costs.
- Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a large-scale production workforce while ensuring strict safety compliance.
- Continuous Improvement: Resolve technical bottlenecks and lead ongoing process optimization initiatives.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless delivery.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
- Experience: 15+ years in manufacturing; minimum 5 years in Automotive Parts.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Skills: Strong mastery of Lean/Sigma tools, manufacturing software, and people leadership.
