Location: Bangkok (Hybrid/On-site options)
Lead cross-functional teams through the full software development lifecycle. You’ll own the strategy, budget, and delivery of high-impact IT projects while driving process improvements and mentoring junior talent.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Delivery: Define scope, manage budgets/vendors, and track detailed project plans.
- Team Leadership: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, retros), remove blockers, and motivate teams.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify dependencies and mitigate risks to hit milestones.
- Stakeholder Sync: Provide clear status updates and quality assurance reporting to leadership.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–7 years in IT Project Management or Software Delivery.
- Domain: Experience in Banking, Finance, or Insurance (highly preferred).
- Skills: Strong grasp of Agile/PMP methodologies and excellent problem-solving.
- Certification: PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.
